This is the theme, or message if you will, that is the philosophy and foundation behind why our perfume is created with the highest standards. We believe every woman is a special treasure to her Creator, and to those around her. That her worth is far surpassing any earthly possession, far more than rubies. Therefore, she deserves the very best that hands can create.
With that in mind our number one focus was creating perfume products that lasted as long as YOUR day. The number complaint I have heard for years regarding design house perfumes is "It smells so beautiful, I just wished it lasted longer" Our perfumes have the combination of the class and sophistication of the most sought after design house fragrances as far as scent structure goes, with the added benefit of ultimate staying power! They are not just your average off the shelf boring fragrances, nor do they follow any passing trend. Much care and prayer has gone into creating and naming each one, with EVERY woman in mind. Avoiding passing trends allows you to have fragrances that are timeless.
The perfumes are not diluted with harmful chemicals or alcohol. These same harmful chemicals cause rancidity and change the fragrance and gives it that "stale" smell after 6 months to a year. Our perfumes are like fine wine, blooming into more beauty as time passes. Each perfume blends in it's most genuine form with each woman's natural chemistry creating a unique aromatic adventure.
Amazing women throughout the world have also inspired each fragrance, and you will find this fact interestingly woven into the names of each perfume. All of the scents were given a name that reflected something a woman whose worth is far more than rubies possesses, either in personality, character, appearance, or emotion. Each name is from a different language, to reaffirm that amazing women encompass the earth. Women who are found in villages, mansions, deserts, lush islands, factories, and the corporate office. Mothers, sisters, friends. Artists, Waitresses, Homemakers and Entrepreneurs. The list goes on....

As mentioned in the beginning, the theme behind More than Rubies LLC, is the woman described in the 31st Proverb. Next to each perfume name above, are the verses that support the character to each name translation.
The qualities this woman appears to possess seems almost too good to be true. How can today's woman be great at so many things, and how can we possibly measure up? We all work, many of us are wives and mothers, volunteers at our church, charity or schools. Then I saw that this woman being described was not just one woman, but many in one. I began to think of my mom, my friends, and my daughters. I realized that in one way or another we are ALL noble. Being a woman is a special assignment given us enlisting us in the priveledges of being role models for our kids, shoulders to lean upon for our friends, support beams for other women who struggle, foundations for daughters and/or sons, and caring, nurturing wives for our husbands. After pondering this and then rereading about this woman of noble character, I was no longer alarmed thinking I must meet every standard, but instead I realized I wasn't REQUIRED to be everything, but everything that I am is enough for TODAY, and God will take care of tomorrow!
Embrace yourself and the facets of your own noble character, and each piece of the treasure you are. Together we are the combined essence of one phenomenal woman. Individually, our worth to those around us, and to the Creator who so lovingly knit us together, is priceless - far more than rubies....
